R+S has developed a completely new building management software called IRMA system with the following software packages:

- remote: remote control via modem / bus system / internet
- alarm: alarm handling and protocoll
- project: project management and documentation
- trend: recording of data and parameter values
- message: sending alarms to fax machines, mobile phones (D1, D2, E-Plus etc.),
external printers or city call receiver
- grafics: grafical display of system diagrams with parameter values and color change

- editor: tool to combine diagrams and parameters

- server: Multi-user operating system

- invoice: preparation of data for making automatic invoices (for metering service)
