In 1961, two young engineers, Dr.-Ing. Klaus

Riccius and Dipl.-Ing. Günther Stroschen,

coming  straight from the Technical

University of Berlin with innovative new ideas

founded the company with the aim of

developing and producing fully electronic

controllers for heating-, ventilating- and air-

conditioning-systems.

Soon the company progressed and moved

out of a one-room establishment into their

newly acquired premises with office and

production buildings....
